Franchise InformationThe first Fala Pita restaurant opened in November of 2006 and was inspired by a healthy, unique Middle Eastern falafel recipe that originates from the combined experiences of Lebanese and Israeli falafel stands. Currently there are two conveniently located Fala Pata restaurants. They offer a daily choice of freshly made salads and falafel sandwiches served on your choice of white or stone ground whole wheat pita bread.
